Soy Magic Winner October 2009

Recently Ian and I went all the way out to Broken Hill to show people way Outback our Soy Candles through a travelling craft fair called Craft Alive.

We visited Silverson, now almost a ghost town except for the fact it gets a lot of visitors and film crews doing movies and commercials. You might remember Mad Mad II because a lot of it was filmed out that way. Here are a couple of pictures we took while in Silverton. No that isn’t the original car from Mad Max only a replica, but still Ian wanted to take it for a drive

About 5 kilometers from Silverton are the Mundi Mundi Plains and lookout, this is where we decided to film the draw for the October Winner of our Subscriber Gift (see the video below) and Ian added a little of the sunset we watched afterwards.
